Refund and Returns Policy

All WARDOGS™ products are custom printed to order through our fulfillment partner, Printify. Because every item is uniquely produced for your order, our refund and returns policy reflects Printify’s print-on-demand fulfillment terms.

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Section 01 —

No Returns or Exchanges

Because every product is printed once your order is placed, returns and exchanges are not supported for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. Please review sizing guides carefully on each product page before ordering. When in doubt, size up.

Section 02 —

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective due to a manufacturing error, a free reprint or full refund will be offered provided you contact Printify Support within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo showing the issue

There is no need to return the damaged item. Please contact Printify Support Printify Support and they will review the issue.

Section 03 —

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, a free reprint or full refund will be provided. Contact Printify Support Printify Support within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of what you received. They will review the issue and provide a resolution.

Section 04 —

Lost in Transit

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the ship date (domestic) or 45 days (international), contact Printify Support Printify Support with your order number. They will review the order and assist with the next steps.

Section 05 —

Incorrect Address

If an order is returned to sender or lost in transit due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, a refund of the product cost only will be issued. Shipping charges are non-refundable in this case. Please double-check your shipping address carefully before completing your order.

Section 06 —

Print Placement Tolerance

For direct-to-garment (DTG) printed products, a tolerance of up to 0.5″ in print placement is considered within normal production standards and will not be treated as a defect. Minor variations in placement are inherent to the print-on-demand process.

Section 07 —

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
