WARDOGS™ Brand LLC partners with Printify, a print-on-demand fulfillment network, to produce and ship all orders. Because every item is made specifically for your order, please review this policy carefully before purchasing. WARDOGS™ Brand LLC has no control over production, printing, or shipping once your order is placed — all fulfillment is handled entirely by Printify.

Section 01 —

Production Time

Every WARDOGS™ product is printed to order by Printify. After your order is placed, production typically takes 2–7 business days before your item ships. Production time may vary based on:

• Product type and print provider availability
• Order volume during peak and holiday seasons
• Orders containing 12 or more items may require additional production time

Section 02 —

Shipping Rates

• United States (including APO/FPO/DPO): $9.99 flat rate
• International: Calculated at checkout based on destination

Section 03 —

Estimated Delivery Times

After production is complete, estimated transit times are as follows:

• United States — Standard: 2–5 business days after production
• United States — Priority: 2–3 business days after production
• International: 10–30 business days after production depending on destination and customs

All delivery estimates are in business days and exclude weekends and holidays. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. WARDOGS™ Brand LLC is not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, customs processing, or any other circumstances beyond our control. All shipping and delivery concerns should be directed to Printify support at help.printify.com.

Section 04 —

Military APO / FPO / DPO Addresses

WARDOGS™ ships to all U.S. military APO, FPO, and DPO addresses at the standard $9.99 flat rate — no upcharge for serving overseas. Select United States as the country at checkout and enter your military address normally. Allow additional delivery time depending on your posting location.

Section 05 —

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number from Printify. Allow up to 24 hours after the shipping notification for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system. Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on product type and destination — carrier selection is made by Printify.

Section 06 —

International Orders

International orders are shipped from the Printify fulfillment center nearest to your destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our pricing and are beyond our control. Delivery times for international orders vary significantly based on destination, customs processing, and local carriers.

Section 07 —

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

All shipping and delivery issues are handled by Printify. If your order has not arrived or appears lost:

• Contact Printify support directly at help.printify.com — they offer 24/7 live chat
• Have your order number ready
• For domestic orders not delivered within 30 days of ship date, or international orders within 45 days, Printify will investigate and issue a reprint or refund

WARDOGS™ Brand LLC has no control over carrier operations and cannot intervene in shipping or delivery disputes.
