Every WARDOGS™ product is printed to order by our fulfillment partner Printify. Production typically takes 2–7 business days. Once your item ships you will receive a tracking email. Most domestic orders arrive within 5–12 business days total from order date.

Print-on-demand means your item is created specifically for your order — there is no pre-made inventory sitting in a warehouse. Your order goes into a production queue at a Printify fulfillment facility and ships directly to you. This allows WARDOGS™ to offer a wide range of designs without waste and keeps costs fair.

Orders are sent to Printify for production quickly. Once an order has been submitted to production it cannot be modified or cancelled. If you need to attempt a change, email support@wardogs.one immediately after placing your order — we cannot guarantee changes once production has started.

Every effort is made for accuracy but monitor displays vary and printed colors may differ slightly from what you see on screen. For DTG (direct-to-garment) printed products, a tolerance of up to 0.5″ in print placement is within normal production standards and is not considered a defect.

Yes — at the same $9.99 domestic flat rate, FREE SHIPPING over $75.00 in merchandise total. No upcharge for serving overseas. Select United States as the country at checkout and enter your APO/FPO/DPO address normally. Allow additional delivery time depending on your posting location.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order leaves the Printify production facility. Allow up to 24 hours after the shipping email for tracking to update in the carrier’s system. Orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on product type and destination.

Yes. International orders typically arrive within 10–30 business days after production depending on destination, customs processing, and local carriers. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees imposed by their country.

First check with neighbors and your local post office using your tracking number — carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered a day early. If still not resolved after 2 business days, contact Printify support directly at help.printify.com with your order number. Shipping and delivery is managed entirely by Printify.

Shipping delays can be caused by carrier issues, weather events, customs processing, or high order volumes. WARDOGS™ Brand LLC has no control over shipping or delivery once an order leaves the Printify facility. For delay inquiries contact Printify support at help.printify.com.

Contact Printify support at help.printify.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. Printify will issue a free reprint or full refund — no return needed. Do not return the item.

Because every item is custom-printed to order by Printify, returns and exchanges are not accepted for incorrect size selection or buyer’s remorse. Please review the sizing guide on each product page carefully before ordering. When in doubt, size up.

If an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, a refund of the product cost only will be issued. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please double-check your address carefully before completing your order.

Contact Printify support at help.printify.com within 30 days of the ship date (domestic) or 45 days (international) with your order number. Printify will investigate and issue a reprint or refund as appropriate.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Each product page includes a sizing guide. WARDOGS™ apparel is printed on premium blanks including Gildan and Bella+Canvas. Sizing can vary between styles so always check the guide on the individual product page. When in doubt, size up.

Yes — most products are available in sizes S through 3XL or 4XL depending on the style. Check the size dropdown on each product page for available options.
